We respect the Williams Act where a love for preservation of land and biodynamic farming is promoted. We crush olives, harvest fruits and vegetables. Years ago animals grazed upon the lands we occupy. There is great positive healing energy upon these lands. We have come here to bless the land and replaced weeds with an expansive beautiful lawn. We provide a sanctuary environment with an abundance of wild life and an assortment of flowers. We are here to serve. When we are on site, we offer massage and facials utilizing top products from select physicians. An abundance of activities including swimming, tennis, yoga, pilates, hiking, golf, horse back riding, water sports, antique shopping, wine tasting and bicycle trails are all minutes away! On 10 flat acres of farm land our property consists of a main house opening onto a pool. There is a lovely old barn which sits on the property line for visual enjoyment. The house consists of four bedrooms, a master bridal suite and one whirlpool tub. Three additional bedrooms share a shower. Each bed has high quality mattress with high thread count Egyptian cotton linens down duvets and fluffy pillows. Open living areas are inviting with a large wood farm table as a centerpiece for gatherings. High Speed Internet is available as is TV and Movies for your enjoyment.
The Kitchen is equipped for meals including a stove, serving dishes, wine glasses, utensils, microwave, coffee maker and Wusthof chef knives. We have a Chef and a variety of Restaurants available to book exceptional and classy catering services for your private event. The home has central heating, air conditioning and solar as well as washer and dryer. Outdoors and indoors blend together as views of the vineyards are present in every direction. A Webber barbecue for outdoor cooking and our wrap around deck for vintage classic amazing views…a glass of wine in hand with friends or family as the sun goes down.
Our gardens and grass areas offer a large lawn for volley ball, croquet, bad mitten, golf putting or archery surrounded by palette of wine country grasses, blues, pinks, whites. We have planted select varietals of olive trees plus numerous varietals of table grapes. Fruit trees include plums, apples, figs, pears, nectarines, pomegranates and cherries. A herb, lettuce and tomato garden are yours to enjoy.
Our new lap pool is a beautiful addition to the open landscape with shimmering Chilean Beach Tahoe Wet Edge Pearl Matrix. Chaise lounges and umbrellas set the scene for a perfect day. We installed a one of a kind top jetted hot tub. Next year we are installing a tennis court and putting greens. We aim to please all our treasured guests.
